03 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK
Developer. Educator.
Ministry leader.
I founded BNAX Designs in January 2012. Based in Madison, Wisconsin, I develop websites and application prototypes and create AI learning content for beginners.
At Lighthouse Christian School, I coordinate device readiness, classroom technology support, and access to school platforms. That work keeps my development grounded in the devices, access needs, and questions people bring when they need help.
I also serve as Founder & President of Greater Dimensions International Christian University, a Christian education initiative. Faith and service connect that role with the fellowship and ministry websites in my portfolio.
My software development and networking education, along with ongoing MBA study, supports how I build, troubleshoot, teach, and lead. I value clear communication and responsible decisions, from the first explanation through the handoff.

How I move
a project forward.
From the first conversation through the handoff, I keep the audience, the scope, and the daily work in view.
Understand the task.
Start with who will use the website or system, what they need to do, and what is getting in the way.
Organize the content.
Map the pages, information, and decisions. Agree on the scope and the next steps before building.
Build and review.
Develop the pages or prototype, check the main tasks, and revise the parts that are hard to understand or use.
Explain the handoff.
Document what people need to know, explain the decisions, and identify what still needs attention.
