CONTEXT & CHALLENGE

A clear front door for different kinds of work.

BNAX Designs serves clients who may need a website, an application, help organizing a business process, or guidance shaping an early idea. The redesign needed to help visitors recognize the right kind of service, review relevant work, and explain their project without already knowing the technical solution.

This is my own agency website. The case documents the design and inquiry experience, rather than an independent client engagement or a measured increase in sales.

MY CONTRIBUTION

Connect the offer, the work, and the next step.

  • Organized the agency around brand and website design, web applications and digital tools, business systems and practical AI, and idea-to-project planning.
  • Developed the public presentation and client inquiry journey through AI-assisted implementation and iterative review.
  • Connected the short inquiry form to a more detailed questionnaire for clients ready to provide additional context.
  • Defined an owner review and proposal-drafting workflow, keeping inquiry information separate from the public portfolio.
  • Added service, privacy, payment, acceptable-use, AI, and support policies and connected the website to the BNAX custom domain.

THE CLIENT JOURNEY

Explore. Explain. Agree on the work.

1. Explore the services and selected work

Visitors can review the agency’s services and examples before deciding which kind of help fits their needs.

2. Share the project

A short form asks for contact details, a service choice, and the project goal. Optional questions adapt to the chosen service; a separate questionnaire provides room for a fuller brief.

3. Review fit and scope

The submitted inquiry supports follow-up and proposal preparation. An inquiry is not a booking, payment, or authorization to begin paid work; scope and terms are agreed separately.

IMPLEMENTATION CHOICES

Keep confirmation and commitment clear.

The site uses React and TypeScript on ChatGPT Sites, with a Cloudflare Worker and D1 storage for inquiries. A saved inquiry receives a reference so the visitor can identify it in a follow-up.

Inquiry storage and email notification are separate steps. The confirmation explains that the request can be saved even if an acknowledgment email does not arrive. The owner-facing review and proposal tools are not public portfolio demonstrations.

Public policies explain the inquiry process and service boundaries. They do not replace a project-specific agreement or establish legal compliance by their presence alone.

PROJECT EVIDENCE

Review the public experience.

Explore the services, selected work, inquiry form, and policies on the published site. You do not need to submit an inquiry to review these pages.

The implementation and deployment record were reviewed on October 19, 2026. Build and automated checks passed for the policy release. That evidence does not establish live email delivery, a completed client transaction, a security certification, or a measured conversion improvement.

Scope & next review

The public website is published. Private inquiries and proposal records are excluded from this case. The current public flow does not collect card payments or execute client signatures, and it does not automatically send inquiry content to an AI model.

Further review should focus on real inquiry follow-through, accessibility with assistive technology, and service-policy details as the business evolves. No client outcomes or revenue results are claimed here.
