PORTFOLIO INFORMATION
Terms of Use
Updated October 19, 2026
These terms describe use of rubenbroadnax.com, the professional portfolio of Ruben Broadnax. They apply to the portfolio and its public materials. Paid work is agreed separately through BNAX Designs.
Purpose of this website
The portfolio introduces my experience, selected work, and educational projects. Public websites, private prototypes, and historical coursework are identified in their case studies. A prototype description or illustration is not an offer of a production-ready product.
Project descriptions reflect the scope and review dates stated on their pages. Linked websites, services, and availability may change. The portfolio does not promise business results, employment, admission, certification, or a particular level of performance.
Contact and project inquiries
The message builder prepares a draft in your browser. It does not send a message, book an appointment, or create a service agreement. You choose an email provider or application and send the message there.
Client project links take you to BNAX Designs, which operates its own inquiry process and publishes its own policies. Submitting an inquiry does not authorize paid work. Scope, timing, fees, ownership, and ongoing support belong in a separate written agreement. These portfolio terms do not replace an existing agreement or an employer’s hiring process.
Portfolio materials and ownership
Unless otherwise identified, original portfolio text and design are provided by Ruben Broadnax. Project brands, screenshots, photographs, third-party materials, and client work may belong to their respective rights holders. Displaying work here does not transfer ownership or grant access to private source code, accounts, or records.
You may browse, share links, and download materials explicitly offered for download for personal or professional evaluation. Please request permission before republishing substantial original portfolio content or using it commercially, except where applicable law or an identified license permits the use. Do not present this work as your own or imply an endorsement.
Responsible use
Use the site lawfully and respect other people’s rights. Do not impersonate another person, send unlawful or abusive content, introduce malicious software, disrupt the service, or attempt to access restricted systems or private records. Please keep passwords, financial account details, student or resident records, and other sensitive personal information out of messages.
To report a suspected security issue, send a brief description without exploiting it or accessing other people’s data.
External services and project evidence
Links to BNAX Designs, LinkedIn, email providers, and project websites lead to services with their own terms and privacy practices. Review those terms before using them. Inclusion in a portfolio is not a guarantee of a third party’s continued operation or an endorsement by that organization of every statement on this site.
Academic examples document completed coursework; they are not instructions for using unreviewed code or configurations in a live environment. Evaluate suitability and obtain any required permissions before reusing technical approaches.
Accuracy, availability, and your rights
I aim to keep the portfolio accurate and useful, but information may need correction and pages may be changed or unavailable. Please verify details that matter to a hiring or purchasing decision directly with me. No uninterrupted availability or particular outcome is promised.
These terms do not exclude rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. They do not impose mandatory arbitration, a class-action waiver, or a contractual limit on liability.
Questions, corrections, and changes
Email contact@bnaxdesigns.com with questions, corrections, accessibility needs, or concerns about material you believe infringes your rights. Identify the page, the concern, and a way to respond; do not include unnecessary sensitive information.
Updates will be posted here with a revised date. A portfolio update does not retroactively change an existing service agreement. Privacy practices are explained in the Privacy page.
